⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Margaret Loubris There are many roofing companies out there. For our roof replacement we interviewed 3 reputable companies. From the first phone contact to the end of the project we found our Project Manager Kyle Mozingo to be exemplary in every way. Timeliness, thoroughness, reliability and professionalism are all strong attributes that Kyle brought to our job. On his first visit, he performed an extremely conscientious inspection of our roof, gutters, etc. He worked closely with our insurance company, keeping us in the loop at every step, being onsite when the adjuster inspected the property, providing many photos, and overseeing every detail. When the day came for the work to be done an amazing crew replaced our roof, start to finish in one day. The excellent crew boss (sorry his name escapes me) informed us along the way of the progress of the job. Cleanup was completed and even the neighbors remarked at the speed and professional manner in which the job was done. Kyle returned the following day to make sure no detail was overlooked. Another shoutout to Alan Cortes who was our estimator who also kept us apprised of progress every step of the way. His contribution to the success of our project is greatly appreciated. Word of mouth is the best recommendation in my view. Our daughter, in the Round Rock area, used Kyle to replace their roof a year or two ago and recommended them to us. This was the second house I've done with him, and I came back because their work is excellent and the process is very streamlined. Shout out to my project manager Kyle Mozingo in Austin, who went above and beyond to communicate and facilitate every step of the process. He was super-responsive, and took care of all the details while keeping me well informed. He was also very helpful in advising how to work with insurance, which was tricky since the insurer became insolvent after I filed the claim, and I had to go through TPCIGA (the Texas property guarantee association which backs up bankrupt insurers). I have one more rental property, now I'm just waiting for the next hail storm so I can give him another call!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Patrick Binns We had some pretty extensive roof damage from a recent hail storm, and Mom’s Roofing did an amazing job with the repair. Kyle Mozingo really went above and beyond to make the whole process feel so simple and seamless. Kyle did an extensive inspection of the roof and the whole property to identify all damage from the storm including all of our personal property. He came out on the day our insurance adjustor was doing their inspection just to ensure they didn't miss any damage that he had already identified. The day of the roof replacement, Kyle and his team did a great job of keeping us updated every step of the way by sending texts and pictures showing their progress on the roof. He also was sure to notify us when they identified damage to roofing boards that they were only able to find after removing the old shingles. They laid tarps down across our property to catch as much roof debris as possible, and they did several sweeps after to ensure no old nails were left behind in our yard or our neighbors. Kyle even went as far as to get our old screens measured and replaced. After having a roof replacement done 6 years ago, the difference in quality and service is not even close to comparable to Mom’s Roofing standard of excellence. I cannot recommend Mom’s Roofing enough, the service is top notch and the attention to detail is unmatched. Huge thanks to Kyle and his team!
